  1. I think Mrs.Dubose acts exactly like a rabid dog.A mad dog gets angry like Mrs.Dubose and Mrs.Dubose will snap at you lake a rabid dog when it doesn't wan't you to be near it, For example, Mrs.Dudose will snap at you by yelling at you and saying relly mean things.

  4. Mrs. Dubose and a mad dog are similar because Mrs. Dubose is crazy like when she acts up because she didn't take her morphine.

  5. I also agree with Bailey when she says that Mrs. Dubose and a mad dog are similar because they both snap at you when they get angry. This shows that Mrs. Dubose and a mad dog are crazy and sick creatures because of sickness.

  6. Mrs.Dubose is really like a mad dog. She flips out on the kids and she's mean. Mad dog could flip out on you and he's crazy. They're both sick because they both have diseases.

  9. I agree with Bailey and Olivia. Even though Mrs. Dubose flips out and the mad dog has a disease, that's how they are and they have alot in common for this reason.

  10. Mrs.Dubose and a mad dog are very similar. I agree with Bailey and Olivia,Yes Mrs.Dubose does flip out like a mad dog, yes she does have a disease like a mad dog, but she also reacts to people like a mad dog too. One thing you say to can set her off really quick.

  11. Mrs. Dubose is like a mad dog. She is wild and will take any chance she gets to harm someone. They're also alike because they are both in so much pain that they take their anger out on anyone that passes by. One difference is that Mrs. Dubose harms people mentally and not physicaly. The dog would harm you phisicly not mentally. Another difference is that Mrs. Dubose is a persen and the mad dog is a dog.

  15. Mrs. Dubose and a mad dog are very similar to each other because they both are sick with diseases. Because of their diseases, Mrs. Dubose and a mad dog have a hard time controlling their actions.

  16. I agree with Bailey when she says Mrs. Dubose will snap just like a rabid dog will when it doesn't want you near it. Also, the reason for them to snap, is most likely their diseases which Mrs. Dubose and a mad dog can't control.

    1. Do you have anyother differences besides the obvious braelie. Not trying to sound mean there or anything. WeLl I don't know about this one but hey its worth a shoot. Ms. Dubose has some conrol its her fault she is a morphine addict. But a rabbid dog on the other hand gets bit and can't control on it getting a illness.

  18. i agree with elexus . rabiees is deffinately a disease and wether or not an addiction is an disease or not. but i believe she over came this "disease" on her own dose of courage.to bad she O.D.'d

  20. both the mad dog and ms dubose are the same because of there of aggression because of there pane and they will attack anything that is anything if they think is a threat

  21. Mrs. Dubose is similar to the rabid dog because they both are sick and could act up at any moment. Also they are different because mrs. Dubose can control her anger better than the rabid dog.

  22. I agree with skylynne both Mrs. Dubose and the mad dog hate everyone they meet.

  23. Mrs.Dubose is just like a mad dog because just when you don't expect it, she does something that can end up very bad. they're also different because Mrs.Dubose uses her words and the mad dog is physical when it hurts someone.

  24. I think that Mrs. Dubose and the mad dog are somewhat alike because they both could get angry because of the sickness they have. Something they do could also be very unexpected and out of the blue.

  27. I agree with Elexus, if either of them don't want someone around them or even looking at them they'll snap at you unexpectedly, for no reason. They're only doing it to take out their stress/pain on someone else.

  28. Mrs. Dubose is very similar to a "mad dog" or rabid dog. Both are mean because of illness, the rabid dog's brain is pressing on its skull, and Mrs. Dubose is suffering from withdrawal of morphine. The mad dog is, well, mad because its in so much pain, and so is Mrs. Dubose.

  29. I agree with Tom on the point that Mrs. Dubose hurts emotionally, and the dog hurts physically.

  30. I agree with Angela. If someone is trying to talk to Mrs. Dubose, she will snap at you like a mad dog. The dog will snap at you too even if you are not doing anything wrong. They both take their pain out on someone else which is not necisarry.

  31. I agree with Freddy. Mrs. Dubose is very similar to a rabid dog, also known as a "mad dog". Both are mean, act out and aggressive because of a illness they are suffering from. And as Freddy says the dog is mad because of the pain it is in and so is Mrs. Dubose.

  32. Unlike the dog who illness was untreatable, Mrs. Dubose's addiction was treatable. She can get help to take care of her addiction. The morphine addiction although hard to get rid of is possible unlike rabies which would cause the animal to die. This makes rabies worse than a morphine addiction in my mind.

  33. Mrs.Dubose is exactly like a mad dog because she yells at people for no reason at all. A rabid dog barks at people for no reason. Mrs.Dubose could of got un-addicted to the morphine. A rabid dog has to live with its illness. A morphine addiction isnt as bad as rabies.

  34. I agree with Olivia,Mrs.Dubose flips out like a rabid dog,the both have sicknesses and will flip out on you at any moment.

  36. Mrs.Dubose is just like a mad dog because both of them can just flip out at any moment. She is always mad and yelling. Her and a mad dog are evry much alike.

  37. Both Mrs. Dubose and the dog are sick and suffering so I suppose that that would make them seem alike when in reality they are very divergent. Mrs. Dubose is a human, meaning she is not a dog. Their illnesses are also very contrastive. Addiction to morphine and rabies are definetly not the same thing. Not even close. With rabies it's a fight to the death if you cross their path, with morphine you just get a few insults hurled at you. They are two very different cases.
